NEWSPAPER - Classified ads in Belize’s local publications each week. All ads include our web address and a 7-days-a-week YPM contact number.

INTERNET LISTINGS - Our available homes for rent in Belize are posted online and updated regularly with photos, maps and complete details for the convenience of those prospective tenants.

LEASING LOCATORS - We make all of our listings available to the many Lease Locator companies in Belize. These Non-realtor Companies specialize in helping tenants find apartments, duplexes and homes for rent in Belize.

BELIZE’S YELLOW PAGES - YPM will be listed in Belize’s 2008 Phone book’s Yellow Pages. We expect that this will generate many calls each week from tenant prospects.

WORD OF MOUTH / REFERRALS - We also expect YPM’s tenants, their friends, referrals from business agents with whom we network will allow for exposure to rent your home.

ENSURE CORRECT PRICING - Even the best properties for rent will not lease quickly if overpriced. This is now more important than ever as Belize continues to experience an upswing in homeownership, and the rise new construction of homes and apartments for rent. Usually as this happens, there is a decrease in rent prices because more space is available for rent, and more homeownership, means not having to pay overpriced rents.  YPM’s research and analyses will ensure your rental home is priced according to current market conditions.

THOROUGH PREPARATION - Even the best located and well priced rental properties will not lease quickly in our current market if the property is not in top showing condition. YPM property offers to prospective tenants must have appeal, and must be in absolutely top showing condition, to prevent the property from sitting empty for months, thereby losing valuable income.
