We give the tenant an opportunity to correct the situation. Most people will correct the situation once they realize that we are aware of the situation, and that we check up periodically. If a problem persists, we will determine the situation and based on the circumstances corrective actions will be taken.  Corrective actions could result in the tenant’s eviction, and their security deposit being retained to help cover the eviction cost and any determined damages to the property.
