
How informed will I be about what
happens with my property?
Except for special
considerations unique to you or your property, our rule of thumb is
that if something causes a potential interruption in your ordinary cash
flow (loss of tenant or major repair), we will immediately inform you.
Non emergency items will be communicated along with your monthly online
or written statements. Online reports can be accessed with a
password you create on YPM’s secured property report website. YPM also
encourage you to contact us at anytime, if you have a question or wish
to discuss other issues about your property.
YPM is a hands-on macro managed service provider. That means we
provide our service as directed in our agreements. Since we
provide online reports, and an email address for you to communicate
with us, we believe that you can trust that we are working in your best
interest, and as a result you will exercise that degree of trust by
allowing us to provide the best responses to secure your property
ownership rights, and the preservation of your investment value. The
property owners, who exercise their trust in YPM to perform contracted
services, are those who truly want everything handled for them.
They don't want to be bothered with minor details of the day-to-day
services we perform. This is always the ideal type of property
