with that?
You, as a
homeowner have a greater liability when renting a swimming pool.
As such, we must ensure that this risk is minimized by ensuring that
proper signs are posted, and that your tenant agreement lists the risks
to the individuals utilizing the pool. We also assist you to
ensure that your insurance is up to date and properly covers the
additional risks to tenants and their guests.
If your home has a spa, YPM will set it up to be maintained and
serviced by a spa service professional. We do not rely on the
tenant. Also, the spa must have a hard-surface cover that can be
latched down. The other option is so that you can shut it down
altogether, thereby excluding the tenants usage during the time the
home is rented.
