Does your property management agreement give you exclusive right to sell my property?

No, we cannot sell your property because this we are not real estate agents.  however, if you would like us to, we can research and make recommendations for hiring a real estate service provider.  We can provide the names of at least three licensed real estate brokers in Belize.  It is important to note that some real estate firms offer property management at a discounted rate.  They generally manage your home at little or no profit knowing they have you locked into an eventual sales listing. We think, at the time you decide to eventually sell, you should be free to decide who the best listing agent will be for your property given its location and characteristics. YPM’s property owners have the choice of selecting a full time sales agent to sell their home without the hassle and worry about the higher commissions charged for the completion of the sale.
